By-Laws of The WA Rover Council:

The By-Laws of the Western Australian Rover Council outline how the Council operates and provide the framework for its governance and decision-making. They also define the roles, responsibilities, and procedures of the WARC Executive and its members.

New Rover Information Sheet

The following resource is your guide for moving from Venturers or joining Rovers for the first time. It explains what to expect, how to get involved, and how Units can support new members.

Have a read and share it with your Unit to help build a connected and thriving Rover community across Western Australia.

Unit Unity Challenge

Rover Scout Units should strive to have an engaging and diverse program. The Western Australia Rover Council: Unit Unity Challenge is designed to encourage units to diversify their program and bring Rovers together.

A West Australian Rover Unit must run four nights with other units from across WA, with no more than 12 months passing between the first and last activity.

Handover Guide for Unit Leaders

This handover guidebook is a supporting resource for Rover Unit Leaders. This resource isn’t meant to replace handover from a previous Unit Leader, but rather be a secondary point of information that can be referred to whenever. This guide is also to assist new Unit Leaders who may not have someone to give them handover, due to the previous Unit Leader being booted or leaving the Unit, or if you have started up a new Rover Unit.

Rover Development Fund (RDF)

The WA Rover Development was created from the residual money left over from the Western Australian Moot. So far this fund has been used for the Camelot Rover Rotunda, built in Manjedal Activities Centre.
