The Rover Scout Uniform is what separates us from other organisations and other sections within the Scouting movement. It becomes a symbol of who we are and what we stand for as a movement.
The Rover uniform consists of a dark blue, button up shirt with the section colour, which is Red, across the sleeve, yoke and collar and the fleur de lis embroidered on the left pocket. Below the waist: (Navy blue coloured – preferably two shades darker than your shirt) trousers or skirt and black shoes.
The other components of the uniform include the navy Scout belt (or white belt if you're a Sea Scout), scarf (of your crew/branch/nation depending on who you are representing) and woggle.
Below is a diagram regarding badge placement, this can also be found in the Scouts Australia Policy and Rules handbook. Please refer to these images when sewing on badges.
