Any crews who are interested in tendering for either the Rover Ball 2007, Gravel Moot 2007, or Leader Moot 2007 should keep reading!! 

- Rover Ball 2007 -

The 2007 Rover Ball will be held on 18th of August 2007. Any crews who are interested in tendering for the 2007 Rover Ball should have a tender document to the WARC Activities Officer by 12 noon on Wednesday 28th of February 2007. It is suggested that crews wishing to tender for the Rover Ball contact the WARC Activities Officer seeking copies of the previous Rover Ball reports.

A decision on which crew shall run the 2007 Rover Ball will be made at the 11th March WARC meeting.   

 

- Gravel Moot 2007 -

The Gravel Moot 2007 will be held from the 28th - 29th of July 2007. Any crews who are interested in tendering for Gravel Moot 2007 should have a tender document to the WARC Activities Officer by 12 noon on Wednesday 28th of February 2007. It is suggested that crews wishing to tender for Gravel Moot contact the Manjedal Scout Centre and speak to the Care Taker about possible service which could be undertaken. Copies of the previous event reports can be obtained by contact the WARC Activities Officer.

A decision on which crew will run Gravel Moot 2007 will be made at the 11th March WARC meeting.   

 

- Leader Moot 2007 -

The Leader Moot 2007 will be held from the 23th - 24th of June 2007. Any crews who are interested in tendering for Leader Moot 2007 should have a tender document to the WARC Activities Officer by 12 noon on Wednesday 28th of February 2007. It is suggested that crews wishing to tender for Leader Moot contact the WARC Activities Offiecer and speak the process and requirements. Copies of the previous event reports can be obtained by contact the WARC Activities Officer.

A decision on which crew will run Leader Moot 2007 will be made at the 11th March WARC meeting.
