Crew Leaders Conference has come, saw and conquered.

Crew Leaders Conference has come, saw and conquered. on Sunday the 15th June, the Crew Leaders descended on Maylands Golf Course, like a pack of bored rovers, to, well they were unsure of what they were going to do. Many were tired, from the night before, and all complained about the weather. However Princess had a wide variety of discussions and activities for them to do, and flesh out about their crews, with a focus on crew development, and sustainability (apparently). Crew Leaders got together, networked, helped identify and solve problems and with free lunch and bar tab, no one was complaining.
Highlights of the day must of included, watching people ride around in golf carts, and a swivel chair.
