About the Badge
The Scoutcraft Badge contains an axe safely buried into an old tree stump.
Axemanship is used by Baden-Powell as one of the early lessons in scoutcraft in Scouting for Boys.
The Scoutcraft Badge is worn on the centre right of the diamond. | | 
| | Requirements for the Badge
Participate in the organisation and camp on at least ten separate occasions aggregating not less than ten nights on at least three different campsites.
Show on all occasions a high standard of campcraft.
A log (record) of these camps must be kept and submitted to the Crew .
