Overview:
Wembley Downs Rovers are quite useful but no-one has discovered why. They serve mostly to make the Wembley Downs Scout Group look good and to harbour NSW fugitives. They have had some famous participants over the years, including Malcolm Frasier, Nelson Mandela, Julius Caesar and Jon Wright. Rumour has it that Baden Powell himself was a Wembley Downs Rover. They smile lots, and have girl members with boy names: be on guard.
