Overview:
Tuart Hill/Yokine used to be an enigma. Many people thought them extinct until they were discovered 15 years ago living under a rock in two suburbs North of the River. Since then, they have showed everyone how cool they actually are. Their origins are lost in the dawn of time, being the oldest continuing Rover Crew in the State. But it has been rumoured that they started when primates began using sticks for tools.
