Meeting time and place is a closely guarded trade secret, handed from generation to generation.
Overview:
Based at a point, named after a Pelican these guys are kinda cool. They wear white scarves (not to be confused with Fremantle), and sail boats (not to be confused with Fremantle). They are different to Fremantle and are based in the city. Most of them go to UWA, making it a convenient meeting and studying point. Their Group leader is called Barry; if you feel like pinching their flag, tell him you need the hall keys to “check out his nice scout hall” and they have an upstairs. Nuff said, eh?
